| To our Franciscan Community David brings not
only his experiences, gifts and a sincere desire to be faithful to God, but also a sense
of vision about life, an empathetic heart, and a willingness to change. What he hopes the
Order will continue to bring is a level of freedom to respond where we are needed rather
than where we are most comfortable. "I hope," David concluded, "we will
continue to ask Francis’ question, ‘What do you want of me?’ and be willing to
take the risks of responding." |
