an international call can be made:

country's Access Code for international calls.
2. Dial the Country
Code to which the call is directed.
3. Then dial the
Area Code (Province, region, city). In this directory this number is placed in
parenthesis.
4. Finally, dial the
number listed for the Friary or person.
