Fr.
Bonaventure, T.O.R.,
conducted the Reconciliation Service for the 11th Annual Catholic
Men�s Conference held at St. Francis University, Loretto, PA, in
July. Eleven Franciscan, T.O.R. and Diocesan Priests were on hand
for individual confessions of about 200 men.
The
Friars from
Pennsylvania and West Virginia
had a 4th of July Porch Party at St. Joseph Friary, Hollidaysburg
and a Labor Day Picnic at St. Anthony Friary, Windber.
Province Jubilee was
celebrated on August 2, with Eucharist at Mt. Carmel Church and a
Festive Dinner at St. Bernardine Monastery. Jubilarians were Fr.
Camillus, T.O.R. & Fr. Kenneth LaPan, T.O.R. (60 years in vows) and
Fr. Fabian, T.O.R. (50 years in vows).
