1) Who we are & what this policy covers

Business Blockchain HQ is a US-focused affiliate website that publishes editorial content and comparisons about crypto casinos and related iGaming products. Our content includes topics like crypto casino deposit and withdrawal speeds, security features (such as encryption and two-factor authentication), game selection (slots, table games, live dealer games, and provably fair games), mobile performance, and bonus terms like wagering requirements, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards.

We are not a casino, sportsbook, wallet provider, payment processor, or exchange. We do not run gambling games, accept deposits, process withdrawals, or offer user accounts on this Site. When you click outbound links, you may be taken to third-party platforms (including crypto casinos) that have their own privacy practices.

This policy covers information collected on the Site itself.

2) What we collect

We collect limited data to run the Site, understand performance, and support affiliate tracking.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may collect:

  • Browsing and device data: IP address, pages viewed, time and date of visits, referring/exit pages, approximate location (such as city/state), browser type, device type, operating system, and language settings.
  • Identifiers and tracking data: cookie IDs and similar identifiers, including those used to understand traffic and measure advertising performance.
  • Interaction data: link clicks (including outbound affiliate links), link-out events, and basic engagement signals (for example, which pages are read and for how long).

Cookies and affiliate tracking data

Outbound links may include tracking parameters such as:

  • UTM parameters (to understand where traffic came from)
  • Click IDs or similar identifiers (to attribute affiliate referrals)
  • Link-out events (to measure which comparisons and reviews are most helpful)

Information we do not typically collect

  • No accounts or payments: We do not offer site logins or take payments.
  • No direct contact collection by default: We do not run a newsletter or contact form by default.
  • No sensitive categories intentionally collected: We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as government IDs, precise geolocation, health data, or financial account numbers.

Because the Site discusses crypto gambling, some third-party platforms you visit may ask for additional information. That information is collected by them, not us.

3) How we use information

We use collected information to:

  • Run and secure the Site, including detecting abuse, spam, and malicious traffic.
  • Measure and improve performance, such as page speed, content quality, and the usefulness of our crypto casino comparisons (banking speed, bonuses, game variety, and security).
  • Understand traffic trends and how visitors interact with our content.
  • Support advertising, including measuring results and limiting how often you see the same ads (frequency capping).
  • Attribute affiliate commissions, such as when a user clicks an outbound link and later completes an action on a partner site.

We do not send marketing emails because we do not operate a newsletter by default.

4) Cookies & tracking technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for analytics, advertising, and affiliate attribution.

What they do (in plain terms):

  • Cookies help the Site work smoothly and remember basic preferences.
  • Analytics tools help us understand which pages are popular and how people navigate the Site.
  • Advertising and affiliate tools help measure performance (for example, whether a click led to a signup on a partner site).

Your choices:

  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Most browsers also let you manage cookies site-by-site.
  • Some browsers and browser extensions can limit tracking automatically.
  • If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as an opt-out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising where feasible.

Opt-out (“Do Not Sell or Share”):
We do not run a dedicated opt-out page on the Site. To opt out of “sale” or “sharing” (as those terms are defined in some US state privacy laws), you may contact us through businessblockchainhq.com using the available contact options.

5) Advertising, analytics & affiliates

Analytics

We use common website analytics tools (for example, Google Analytics–type services) to understand traffic, page performance, and how readers use our crypto casino guides. These tools generally rely on cookies and similar identifiers.

Advertising

The Site may show display or programmatic ads. Advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and cap ad frequency.

Affiliate relationships

Many links on the Site are affiliate links. Outbound links may contain identifiers so partners can attribute a referral to us. If you click an affiliate link and later register or transact on a third-party platform, we may receive compensation. This helps fund the Site and our editorial work.

6) Sharing of information

We share information only as needed for the purposes described above, including with:

  • Service providers (such as hosting, analytics, security, and anti-abuse vendors) that process data on our behalf.
  • Advertising and affiliate partners for measurement, reporting, and attribution.
  • Legal and compliance requests where disclosure is required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of the Site and its users.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, some disclosures for advertising measurement may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under laws like the California CPRA.

7) Your privacy rights (US states)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws.

California (CPRA)

California residents may have the right to:

  • Know/access the personal information we collect, use, and share.
  • Delete certain personal information (with legal exceptions).
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of sale/share of personal information (including sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising).
  • Non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

We do not use sensitive personal information in ways that require offering a “limit the use of sensitive personal information” request.

Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah

Residents of these states may have rights to:

  • Access personal information.
  • Delete personal information (with exceptions).
  • Correct inaccuracies (where applicable).
  • Opt out of targeted advertising (and certain profiling where applicable).
  • Appeal a denied request.

How to exercise your rights

Submit a request through businessblockchainhq.com using the available contact options. We will take reasonable steps to verify your request (for example, asking you to confirm details about your device or recent visit).

Appeals: If we deny your request and you want to appeal, contact us through the Site with “Appeal” in the subject line.

8) Data retention & security

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy:

  • Analytics data: typically up to 24 months
  • Server/security logs: typically up to 12 months

We may retain certain data longer if needed for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards such as HTTPS, access controls, and regular updates to protect Site data. No security method is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9) Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for adults aged 21 and over due to its iGaming and crypto casino content. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 21. If you believe a minor has shared information with us, please contact us through the Site so we can take appropriate action.

10) Third-party links & disclaimers

The Site links to third-party websites (including crypto casinos and related services). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their privacy policies before sharing personal information, connecting wallets, or making deposits.

11) Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top and post the revised policy on this page.

12) Contact

For privacy questions or requests, please contact us through businessblockchainhq.com using the available contact options.

13) Not legal advice

This Privacy Policy is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.
