How to use the Enrollment Cards from the Franciscans: When you receive your Enrollment Cards in the Mail you will receive a form with a return envelope for each card. When you want a person enrolled in the Mass Association (living or deceased) fill in their name and your name on the card and then mail it to them or their family. Fill in the form I have sent you with the name of the person for whom is being enrolled, your name and address and enclose the offering and send it to us in the return envelope provided.
